- The bottle is leakproof when the flip lid is fully closed. The straw itself is not leakproof — if the lid is left open and the bottle is tipped, it will leak.
- If it seems to leak with the lid closed: close the lid slowly to ensure the groove inside aligns with the straw. Check the straw top and straw stem are connected and inserted properly.
- Always ensure the straw top is clicked fully into place and the straw disk under the lid is firmly pressed in position before use.
